The original song is 春よ、来い by Yumi Matsutoya.
There have been many covers and remixed versions since then:
eg. DJ Soulstarz's and Smooth J's remixes,
and covers in Korean by MC Sniper and Im Hyung Joo,
and obviously some covers in Japanese too :)
