Gumiho = 9-tailed fox
Apparently, 9-tailed fox is a mythological creatures in the past, not only in Korea, but also in many many other countries like China and Japan.
In China and Japan, they address it as 九尾狐
In Korea, they address it as 구미호 (Gu-Mi-Ho)
